Meditation and OCD
This page is developed to help those that are in the practice obtain meditations that are specific to their OCD concerns. The meditation helps:
Provides you with a greater window of tolerence to help mange your anxiety when triggered.
If you have a greater window of tolerence to you are less likely to be overwhelmed and therefore you may be more willing to not ritualize, which will disrupt the OCD cycle.
Reduces hypervigilance and hyperawareness of potential threats.
