Meditation and OCD

This page is developed to help those that are in the practice obtain meditations that are specific to their OCD concerns. The meditation helps:

  • Provides you with a greater window of tolerence to help mange your anxiety when triggered.

  • If you have a greater window of tolerence to you are less likely to be overwhelmed and therefore you may be more willing to not ritualize, which will disrupt the OCD cycle.

  • Reduces hypervigilance and hyperawareness of potential threats.
